You'll see reality shows where impossible medical issues are presented and ordinary Janes and Joes are called upon to come up with solutions. Not only should the best cellulite treatment work, it should work in the long term.
For a lot of medical professionally, treating cellulite in the long term is not something that can be done primarily because they believe cellulite is genetic and cellulite problems are thus hereditary. For them, cellulite is inevitable and cannot be successfully treated. But in the reality show that challenges ordinary people to invent the best cellulite treatment, 24 people (divided in six groups of 4 people each) are going to be followed by cameras, all their moves and conversations filmed.

Rules for Inventing the Best Cellulite Treatment
Like other contests, this reality show has rules in place for finding the best cellulite treatment. For one, every person has to be a "regular" individual, which means he or she must not be a doctor. Each group has 16 weeks to come up with the best cellulite treatment. Each contestant can only consult the people belonging in their group; they are not allowed to seek outside help. To come up with the best cellulite treatment, contestants can use various research tools such as computers, books and medical journals. Contestants must be able to come up with the best cellulite treatment that works both for short term and long term. To show that their treatment is the best cellulite treatment, they must conduct trials on real people.
By the end of 16 weeks, each group will present their best cellulite treatment. Their invention will be subject to an evaluation, and their research and test results will undergo authentication. Each member of the winning group will get $1 million and a Nobel Prize for a medical breakthrough. All groups will have a statue created to honor their work. If the best cellulite treatment proves itself to really work in the long term, members of the winning group is going to receive $500,000 every year as long as they live. With incentives this good, this medical reality TV show may just be a huge success.
